Some career journeys don't follow a straight line... and we're so glad Aaron's led him to Regimen.

Please join us in welcoming Aaron Miller to the team as our newest Financial Analyst.

Aaron's path into financial planning is a little different. With a background in career advising and psychology, he's always been fascinated by what shapes the decisions people make and how understanding behavior can help create better outcomes.

That curiosity, combined with his passion for behavioural finance, coaching and long-term thinking, makes him a wonderful fit for the way we approach financial planning at Regimen. We know that behind every financial plan is a person, a family and a story - and Aaron shares that same belief.

In his role, Aaron will help prepare financial plans, support our advisors and, over time, continue to grow alongside our team on an advisor path as we help clients navigate life's opportunities with greater clarity and confidence.

Of course, finding the right people is about more than experience alone.

After a few team lunches, plenty of coffee conversations and some friendly World Cup sparring, it's safe to say Aaron has already found his place within the Regimen family. His curiosity, warmth and thoughtful nature reflect the culture, values and vision we're continuing to build together.

We're excited to have you on the journey, Aaron.

Welcome to the team!
