A snapshot of me

I was born in Miami and spent half my adolescence in South Florida, the second half in Georgia. I went to the University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in finance. I started my career in 2000, right before the tech bubble popped, so I have a deep understanding of what risk really looks like in an investment portfolio. I built the foundation of our firm during the worst decade for investing since the Great Depression. I’m passionate about helping families navigate change and find the financial clarity to live their lives to the fullest.

My role at Regimen

I’m a wealth advisor, thought leader, investment strategist, and mentor.

A career moment for my highlight reel

Building and launching Regimen Wealth, our RIA, with my partner during COVID. In a time of real uncertainty and fear, we built the financial services firm we’d always envisioned; one designed to enhance our clients’ lives and our own, and to take full control of how we align our values with the advice we offer.

The values that matter to me

  • Never stop learning
  • Tell the truth
  • Say the hard thing
  • Understand before I advise
  • Push for the right decision

If my out of office is on I’m likely to be

Traveling somewhere with my partner, Aiki, spending time with my kids, or tearing through the mountains of Costa Rica on an ATV with my best friends.

A snapshot of me

Growing up in post-Soviet Estonia during a time of enormous change, financial security was not something many people experienced despite high levels of education and working hard. When I moved to the U.S. as a young adult, I noticed much more opportunity but also complexity. While I stumbled into wealth management, I became fascinated by financial planning. I quickly recognized the profound impact our work has on people and the freedom it gives them to live with greater confidence and intention.

I love building systems and solving complex problems. I am passionate about helping women feel financially secure. I am also endlessly curious about human behavior and what helps people thrive, whether that's through leadership, psychology, meaningful conversations, or the lessons found in a great book or podcast. I believe we're all capable of continual growth, and that curiosity has shaped both my career and the way I lead.

My role at Regimen

As COO, I help connect strategy, operations, technology, leadership, and the client experience so everything works together with purpose.

A career moment for my highlight reel

Helping lead Regimen Wealth's transition to independence is one of the defining moments of my career. Few advisory firms choose that path because of the complexity and uncertainty involved, yet our team successfully transitioned our operations and families while maintaining an exceptional client experience throughout.

What I'm most proud of wasn't simply what we accomplished, but what it made possible. It gave us the freedom to build a firm where our culture, our services, and our brand are reflections of the people behind them. A place where people can do meaningful work, continue to grow, and bring their authentic selves to the relationships they build with one another and with our clients.

The values that matter to me

  • Leadwith empathy and curiosity
  • Keep my word
  • Strive to do my best
  • Makea positive impact through service and contribution
  • Continue to learn and grow both personally andprofessionally

If my out of office is on I’m likely to be

A snapshot of me

I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Growing up as one of five children certainly honed my negotiation skills and taught me plenty about patience and the value of different perspectives. I’ve worked in financial services for over 10 years, combining two passions: helping people achieve their financial goals and hearing their unique stories. I believe there is no greater reward than helping someone have peace of mind.

My role at Regimen

Helping clients make confident financial decisions through listening, strategic planning and advice tailored to what matters most to them.

A career moment for my highlight reel

I knew I was where I should be after a client told me they were living a more fulfilling and thoughtful life than before. By easing the stress of managing their finances, I helped them gain the clarity and confidence to make better day-to-day decisions.

The values that matter to me

  • Seek to understand
  • Do the right thing
  • Provide an ear to listen
  • Finding the good

If my out of office is on I’m likely to be

Hiking, playing all types of sports, visiting family (and yes, still fighting my four siblings for the last piece of pizza), supporting my favorite sports teams, the Tampa Bay Lightning and SV Werder Bremen, or taking pride in my freshly mowed lawn.

A snapshot of me

Born and raised in Georgia, with family roots in New York, I’m a blend of Southern hospitality and Northern directness. I love the numbers and analytical side of financial planning, but even more, I love working with the people behind them. I was raised by women who taught me to work for what matters, and today I help other women build financial futures that reflect what matters most to them.

My role at Regimen

I think of my job as helping people get to retirement and stay there. It’s being alongside clients through the highs and lows of life, doing our best to plan for the unplannable.

A career moment for my highlight reel

Leading my first planning meeting taught me an important lesson. Halfway through, I realized I was so focused on how I was performing that I wasn’t giving enough attention to what mattered most: the people sitting in front of me. Since then, I’ve learned that the best advice comes from putting clients and their needs at the center of every conversation.

The values that matter to me

  • Building community and long-term connections
  • Showing up for my commitments
  • Being honest and direct
  • Keeping an open mind and being empathetic

If my out of office is on I’m likely to be

Hiking with my dog, running, reading, learning a new hobby, or competing in trivia with friends and contributing the occasional useful answer.

Monika Brzeznicka, CRPC®
Client Service & Operations

A snapshot of me

I’ve always loved numbers and studied economics and finance, but along the way I realized people matter most. Growing up in Poland, I was raised to value hard work, honesty, and showing up for others. Watching my dad and brother coach basketball taught me the value of teamwork. Today, I enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and making a positive difference in their lives.

My role at Regimen

I help make the financial planning process feel simpler and less overwhelming. Whether I’m answering questions, coordinating paperwork, or keeping things moving behind the scenes, my focus is on making sure clients feel supported, informed, and taken care of.

A career moment for my highlight reel

A turning point in my career came after our team completed a DISC profile. I realized how different I was from the typical advisor or analyst, and at first that made me uncomfortable. Over time, though, I accepted that an apple tree will never grow oranges, and I’m better off growing really good apples. Once I stopped trying to be someone else, I could focus on building on my strengths, learning from my mistakes, and becoming better because of them.

The values that matter to me

  • Always do what’s right and look for ways to help others
  • Stay curious and keep learning
  • Respect every personal story, background, and financial journey
  • Connect with people and create meaningful relationships

If my out of office is on I’m likely to be

Financial Analyst

A snapshot of me

Originally from Michigan, I recently began my career in wealth management after more than a decade in university career advising and counseling. What drew me to finance was the opportunity to combine my interest in human behavior with helping people make thoughtful decisions. I enjoy understanding each person’s unique perspective and guiding them through their options so they can choose the path that’s right for them.

My role at Regimen

As a Financial Analyst at Regimen, I help prepare financial plans and communicate with our clients. Throughout the financial planning process, I simplify options, help people navigate important decisions, and bring stability to every step of the journey.

Joining Regimen Wealth marked the beginning of a career path I knew I wanted to pursue. Transitioning into a new industry continues to challenge me in all the right ways and allows me to keep learning, grow, and stretch myself both personally and professionally.

The values that matter to me

  • Be curious and bold enough to ask
  • Focus on the present moment
  • Invest in people
  • Observe before acting
